Delivery Information
Free Shipping
Shipping on orders of 8 of more products is free. Your order may arrive by UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on the order's size and weight. If you are not able to take delivery from any of these curriers, contact us as soon as possible at orders@dausproducts.com. If you are unable to take delivery and your order needs to be reshipped, additional fees may apply for reshipment of your order.
Standard Shipping
The shipping cost on order of 7 products or less is $5.95. Your order may arrive by UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on order's size and weight. If you are not able to take delivery from any of these curriers, contact us as soon as possible at orders@dausproducts.com. If you are unable to take delivery and your order needs to be reshipped, additional fees may apply for reshipment of your order.
Delivery Speed
Most order arrive between 5 and 7 days from the date of your order. Orders containing out-of-stock items may be shipped in separate packages. Most orders containing out-of-stock items arrive in 2 weeks or less.
Out-of-Stock Items
We make every effort to keep the stock status of our inventory up to date. Occasionally, we may unexpectedly run out of inventory as you are placing an order. If that happens, we will contact you right away and you will have an option of keeping or cancelling the out-of-stock item.
Pre-Order Items
The pre-order items will have "Pre-Order" button instead of "Add to Cart" button, and clearly indicate when this item is expected to arrive. The pre-order items are shipped separately.
